Referrals must be registered prior to their purchase, and much comply with the terms and conditions below.

Referral Terms & Conditions
Referrers will receive $2,000 worth of vouchers of your choice (for example, Bunnings, Masters, Woolworths, Coles, Flight Centre, etc). for each referral if the referred party purchases a new investment property recommended by
Landsdale Property Group through our
Property Investment service.*
The referral must be registered with
Landsdale Property Group prior to the referred clients’ purchase in order for a payment to be made.
The referred client must not be an existing
Landsdale Property Group client and must not be on
Landsdale Property Group’s database prior to referral. The referred person / couple may only be referred once.
The referred person / couple must purchase within six (6) months of being referred to
Landsdale Property Group for the referral to remain valid. The offer is available subject to settlement of the referred party’s property purchased through
Landsdale Property Group. The $2,000 worth of vouchers of your choice will only be paid once settlement has occurred.
Landsdale Property Group reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue the offer at any time. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
* Please note that this referral program is not applicable to Landsdale Property Group’s
Buyers Agent and
Commercial Property services.
