Our Fees

We charge from $11,000 (including GST) for our Buyer’s Agent service which is payable in three stages:*
  • 40% on Engagement of Our Service
  • 30% on “Unconditional” (property contract going unconditional)
  • 30% on “Settlement” (property contract settling)

* Please note that our buyer's agent fees will vary based on the number of property options we provide for your consideration.  We discuss our fees and approach with you prior to engagement.
